Deleting a Labor Assignment

To delete a Labor Assignment in the Workfiles view

1. Click View > Labor Assignments from the menu bar. The Search Labor Assignments screen opens.
2. Enter your search criteria in the Labor Assignments Search panel, and then click Search. The Labor Assignments that match your search criteria appear in the Search Results pane.
3. Click on the labor assignment that you want to delete, and then click Delete from the mini-toolbar. The Delete Labor Assignment confirmation screen opens.
4. Click Yes. The selected Labor Assignment is removed from the list and deleted.

To delete a Labor Assignment within a Repair Order

1. Open the repair order workfile, and then click select Labor tab.
2. Click By Labor Type or By Technician/Team from the Views panel. The labor assignments are categorized by the selected view.
3. Click on the labor assignment, and then click Delete from the mini-toolbar.
4. Click Yes. The selected Labor Assignment is removed from the list and deleted.
